For a successful holiday it is important to get information that is as detailed as possible.

Remember that the earlier you book, the greater is the chance getting the accommodation you want, when you want it. All the accommodation have been visited by our staff. The cottages and apartments are equipped for self-catering holidays, so all you need to bring is bedding, towels and consumables. You are responsible for cleaning, in some cottages you can buy final cleaning service.

Not quite like home
A summer home is often quite different from your own home. The décor may be sparse and you will not always find matching crockery and cutlery there. Beds may be simple – please ask when you book. For safety reasons, it is not permitted for more people to stay in the accommodation than the number stated when booking. Remember that children over the age of two are counted as one person when the number of beds is stated in the description. Equipment often caters for the number of people stated in the description. During the summer months you may find insects and cobwebs in and around your cottage. The letting agent cannot be held responsible for these. If pets or smoking are not permitted at the accommodation, we would nonetheless like to point out that prohibitions may have been ignored. Therefore, always inquire when allergies are concerned.

Prices and fees
All prices are exclusive of cancellation fees (EUR 43) and administration fees (EUR 14). The application fee must be paid within ten days to confirm your booking. Under “Booking Rules” you can read more on the booking rules and conditions that applay.

When you arrive at your cottage
As a general rule, you will have access to your cottage from 15.00 on the day of arrival and must vacate the cottage by 11.00. We would be grateful if you could inform the key holder of your arrival. You will receive more information with your booking confirmation. Under "Booking Rules"you will find detailed booking terms.
